Subscribers may not use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or violation of financial regulations
• Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our consultation methodologies
• Using information for purposes other than personal financial planning

All content, materials, and methodologies provided through our subscription service remain the intellectual property of Zelarionthuvq and are protected by Malaysian copyright law.

Subscribers receive a limited license to use materials for personal financial planning purposes only.

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance and include:

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to services will cease at the end of the current billing period.

Termination does not entitle subscribers to refunds for unused portions of prepaid subscription fees.

Zelarionthuvq provides general financial planning guidance and does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our consultations.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties regarding specific financial performance or outcomes

Past performance does not guarantee future results

Zelarionthuvq's liability is limited to the amount paid for subscription services in the preceding 12 months, excluding consequential or indirect damages.

This limitation applies to all claims arising from or related to subscription services.

Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold Zelarionthuvq harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of subscription services or implementation of discussed financial planning concepts.

For any disputes arising from our services, clients may contact the Financial Mediation Bureau (FMB) or pursue resolution through Malaysian courts.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Zelarionthuvq may update these terms periodically with notice to active subscribers.

Material changes require 30 days advance notice and continued use constitutes acceptance.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete agreement between Zelarionthuvq and subscribers.
